- Starting at your feet, brush towards your heart using short, sweeping strokes. Work upwards, over your entire body, to stimulate circulation and regeneration.

To care for your brush, tap after each use to deposit dry skin and debris. Wash the bristles weekly with warm, soapy water, and air dry with the bristles facing downwards.
